Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa - Mexico

I would just like to say tha the service and the class that the resort and its staff and owners and management was amazing with how they not only treated my sister Dani and her husband, but how they treated my entire family like royalty, i will definitely be back! From Daniel and Landy for your over the top catering and class to our every need. I feel I not only have a great place to vacation but a new family to come and visit. You made us all feel like family. Thank you so much!! I cannot say enough about how great your resort is! We all love you. The Pipito family!

We'll never forget what a great and super time we had at Dreams Tulum. We can't say enough about the great service and the wonderful dition in which our room was kept. The wait staff was also wonderful, but we, in particular, want to rave about a fine young man named Enrique at the dive shop. He was so patient and attentive that he cured my wife of her previous fear (bad experiences) of scuba diving. Now she can't wait to go back and dive.

I have never been so pleased with a vacation or anniversary as we were with this one. I can not say enough about Dreams and hope that someday we will be able to come back. The resort is wonderful but that is just a fraction of what made it perferct. The employees made it the perfect spot to be. I wish that we could have picked just one but then there is no way to do that. I just hope that a thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time. The food was top notch and sing praises to the chefs and to the waiting staff. I am handicapped and walking is not something that I do easily but when I needed transportation to the office someone would be there for me. I am so pleased and would recommend Dreams Tulum to anyone that wants to be treated like royalty!!! There is not greater place to have visited and will go back.

Fantastic holiday for myself my husband and 2 girls aged 7 and 5 at the time, very clean, excellent food, fantastic staff, luxurious hotel. Would definately visit another dreams resort in the future.
